Refund and Returns Policy (Damage Return Only)
At WoodNatureStudio, all products are handcrafted and custom-made. Therefore, we only accept returns in case of damage during transit.
Damage Return Conditions:
- If your item arrives damaged, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos and videos as proof of the damage.
- After verification, we will arrange a repair or replacement depending on the situation.
No Other Returns or Refunds
Natural wood and resin variations are not considered defects.
No returns for size, design, color variation, or change of mind.
No refunds on any custom-made orders.
